The Yoga for Beginners 6-Week Course is the first step on a journey to good health, vitality and a peaceful mind. The course is a practical experience of Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities as well as for those practitioners who wish to refresh their knowledge. We meet once a week for six weeks. Wednesday Evenings from 6pm. other tips to help grow from novice to yogi.
My yoga journey began when my sister invited me to give Yoga a try a few months ago. With some apprehension I joined that first class... well turns out there was a lot to learn.
