Yoga For Beginners

The Yoga for Beginners 6-Week Course is the first step on a journey to good health, vitality and a peaceful mind. The course is a practical experience of Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.

Suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities as well as for those practitioners who wish to refresh their knowledge. We meet once a week for six weeks. Check out our new Seniors Yoga for Beginners Course below.

My yoga journey began when my sister invited me to give Yoga a try a few months ago. With some apprehension I joined that first class... well turns out there was a lot to learn. 

As luck would have it,  Danielle had a Beginners Class starting the very next week and there was one place left. 

Best thing I ever did... Danielle patiently took us through easy paced classes and by the end of the course I felt much more confident having learnt the basic foundations to continue on with regular classes.
