Yoga For Beginners

The Yoga for Beginners 6-Week Course is the first step on a journey to good health, vitality and a peaceful mind. The course is a practical experience of Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.

Suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities as well as for those practitioners who wish to refresh their knowledge. We meet once a week for six weeks.  Wednesday Evenings from 6pm. (Special Saturday Programs are also available). Check out our new Seniors Yoga for Beginners Course below.

Beginners Club


Coming in 2021, The Beginners Club is an exclusive area for those who are and have previously enrolled in the Yoga for Beginners Course.  

The area will include the weekly program for the course, poses for helping you practice and develop the skills you are learning and other tips to help grow from novice to confident yogi.
