Yoga For Beginners

The Yoga for Beginners Course is the first step on a journey to good health, vitality and a peaceful mind. The course is a practical experience of Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities as well as for those practitioners who wish to refresh their knowledge. We meet once a week for six weeks.  Wednesday Evenings from 6pm.  Move the body, calm the mind and soothe the soul.


Learn techniques to reduce stress, calm the mind and improve your overall wellbeing, right from your first class.


Danielle’s down-to-earth nature, and love of yoga, makes for a fun and informative way to be introduced to these beautiful ancient practices.


Get comfortable with common yoga poses practiced, so you can confidently choose classes to suit your yoga goals.
