The Yoga for Beginners 6-Week Course is designed to teach those who are interested in yoga but have little or no experience. The
course covers the basic yoga fundamentals needed to continue with your practice upon completion.
We meet weekly, Wednesday evenings at 6pm for 6 weeks commencing Wednesday 17th March.
