The Beginners Course is designed to teach those who are interested in yoga but have little or no experience.
The Yoga for Beginners Course is a practical experience of traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.
Learn techniques to reduce stress, calm the mind and improve your overall wellbeing.
A complete practice that balances strength, movement, relaxation and stillness.
Suitable for beginners of all ages and abilities as well as for those practitioners who wish to refresh their knowledge.
Get comfortable with common yoga poses practiced and confidently continue with your practice after completion of the course.
Danielle’s down-to-earth nature, and love of yoga, makes for a fun and informative way to be introduced to these beautiful ancient practices.
